All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are incl. VAT.
Orders are confirmed by email. If there are any problems with delivery, please also inform us by email.

Payment can be made with: VISA and MasterCard. We do not charge card fees.

In case of rental the starting fee and subscription fee covering the period up until the following month will be charged at time of shipping. Afterwards the monthly subscription fee will be charged on the 1st of every month. In case of purchase the payment is collected at the time of shipping.
Payment for installation will be collected on the day of installation.
Purchase / rental at HomeSecure requires a delivery and installation address in Denmark, Holland or Sweden and the buyer / tenant is an adult person by law.
Packages are delivered with GLS or similar. Shipping is free for subscription customers. 
Orders are dispatched on the same day or on the following business day. For delays, for example due to sold items, information is sent by email.
The buyer has a 14 day trial period and right of return starting from the day of receiving the equipment. The right of cancellation is exercised within the deadline by giving a clear notification of cancellation via email to [email protected] or by using the cancellation button on the Account page on

The right of cancellation requires that the product received is returned within 14 days of the notice of cancellation and in the same condition as the original packaging. This means that all parts should appear as new and unused without marks or scratches, so that the product can be delivered to another customer as a new one. If a product does not appear as new or unused, or the packaging can not be reused, the product can still returned, but a deduction will be made in the refund amount corresponding to the lost value and, if necessary, the amount required to cover the deterioration.

The return shipping cost is paid for by the customer.

Always remember to ship the item back in proper packaging and keep a receipt for the shipment.

When returning a product, please provide the name, address and order number as a minimum.

Please attach an "RMA form" together with the returned products. The form is in the package or can be ordered by contacting us at [email protected] Using the RMA form facilitates the return and allows us to refund you faster.

Cancellation can NOT be done by refusing the shipment upon delivery.

In case of cancellation the order amount or prepaid subscription fee will be returned to your credit card card. We will do so shortly after we have returned the product and have verified that it meets the rules for cancellation.
NB: We do not accept packages sent COD.
If you have returned a product due to cancellation, we will send you an email when we have received the package.
The email will give you information about the further stages of processing your cancellation and refund.
By purchasing at you have 24 months warranty. By claiming your warranty you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a deduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. However, the warranty does not cover if the defect or damage has arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product. After 6 months and up until 24 months after the the purchase it is up to the customer to plausibly defects and it must be done within 2 months of noticing it.

Please use our "RMA form". It is not a requirement, but it facilitates the return process and minimizes the expiration time of the complaint. The form is in the package and can be ordered by writing to [email protected]

In order to rent alarm equipment at HomeSecure the customer must first pay start-up fee and subscription fee up until the following month with a valid credit card on
Subsequently, the monthly subscription fee is deducted on the 1st of every month of the calendar month in question.

By logging in to your account on, you can view previous orders, prices, payments and invoices as well as current subscription details.
When ordering a subscription we will send invoices and other relevant info to your email address.
The customer undertakes to maintain the leased equipment at regular cleaning and in accordance with the alarm equipment manuals.
The customer is liable for damage or loss of the leased equipment.
The customer is responsible for purchasing and changing batteries in the wireless sensors and other battery-powered parts.
The customer is obliged to notify address changes or change of email address by logging into your account on
When the customer replaces his / her payment card or if the card expires, they must enter the new card information using "Login" on and tap the link to the payment system.

In case of no subscription payment due to card expiration or for other reasons, an email will be sent requesting to enter new card information.
In case of non-payment 10 days after the initial reminder email, another reminder will be sent (late fee 15€) with a request to enter new valid card information.

In case of 10 days of continued non-payment the agreement is considered violated and will be terminated.

The customer will be obligated to return the products within 10 days. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Customer will receive an invoice with a balance of the owed amount.

If the equipment is not returned within 10 days, an invoice will be sent on the amount due in addition to the value of the leased equipment after deduction of depreciation.
HomeSecure is responsible for continued functionality of the leased alarm equipment corresponding to the standard right of complaint, not only limited to 2 years but throughout the entire rental period.
If a malfunction occurs in the alarm system, the customer submits the defective part to HomeSecure in the same way as in the exercise of the right of complaint.
The customer is liable for defects and damage caused by customers conditions, malfunctions, malpractice and the like.
The subscription can be terminated by sending an email to [email protected] or by using the cancellation button after "Login" on
Customer can terminate the contract by giving at least 30 days notice to the end of the month.
and at the earliest at the end of the first 6 months' rent.
The customer is obliged to return the leased products within 7 days of the termination of the rental agreement. The return shipping cost is paid for by the customer.

After returned products are received you will receive confirmation by email. If the impairment of the products surpasses the depreciation (E.g. if the products have been damaged) it is the obligation of the customer to pay the difference.
If the products are not received within 15 days after the agreement ended an invoice will be send with the owed amount including the depreciated value of the products (depreciation is 2% per month down to 20% of the original value).

The rental agreement can be terminated by HomeSecure with 3 months notice, however earliest ending after 12 months rental.

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
HomeSecure protects personal information in accordance with the GDPR rules. We do not collect personally sensitive information, as we only need the name, address, email and mobile number for the subscription agreement and communication with the customer. We store purchase and payment history for the customer relationship, which the customer can see at "Log in" at Customer information is not disclosed to others. Payment card information is not received and is not stored at HomeSecure, but only at Reepay A / S, which is a certified Danish payment service provider specializing in subscription payments by debit card. Redemption of payments takes place through Nets Denmark A / S (former PBS).
